Initializing the FallBack certificate failed . TDSSNIClient initialization failed

安裝SQL後服務不能啓動，報錯：

經查緣由：

SQL啓動域賬號的status=Temporary

Windows Server 2012位置：Control Panel --> system --> Advanced system settings --> Advanced --> User Profiles -->Settings

解決方法：

1.SQL啓動賬號改爲local system.

2.退域重加域

以後再查啓動賬號的status=Local
