ubuntu添加桌面或launcher快捷方式

以eclipse爲例，自行下載的。

建立文件/usr/share/applications/eclipse-kepler.desktop

文件內容：

完了就能從dash裏搜到eclipse-kepler了，能夠從dash裏拖到launcher裏去
