Android 滾動字幕，如新聞聯播下面的，可使用在廣告機，機頂盒，電視App等信息發佈系統。 之前是在信息發佈系統上使用過，做爲動態佈局的一部分，題外話，若是有想作像分衆傳媒或者 相似的電梯門口廣告的能夠參考一下.

繼承SurfaceView 實現，CPU 佔用低，無內存抖動，在Nexus5X，Android 7.0 上測試流暢
