Leetcode 11. 收集最多的雨水 Container With Most Water
解決方案： 利用雙指針法進行雨水的計算，先用第一個和最後一個柱子開始收集雨水，這時兩個柱子的距離是最遠的。不斷收縮兩個柱子之間的距離，並來收集雨水，因爲在收縮過程中，柱子之間的距離不斷減小，要想收集更多的雨水，柱子必須要更高。因此在收縮過程中要跳過高度不滿足的柱子，然後計算新的容器的收集雨水。 //收集最多的雨水
