git error:could not lock config file

在安裝完git後第一步創建自己的 repository的時設置個人信息user.name時，出現了這個error:could not lock config file: * no such file   原因是之前安裝emacs時設置過環境變量 HOME的位置在C:/emacs-26, 因此，導致了git的默認HOME目錄成爲了之前的目錄，因此，這裏當然找不到.gitconfig文件  解決方法：
