前提準備工做

安裝Cython:

• activate pytorch_gpu(某個conda env)
• pip install Cython

安裝VS2015環境
以前我有按照整個vs，因此這個環境不缺，可參考
安裝pycocotools

安裝

• 管理員運行cmd
• 切換到cocoapi\PythonAPI目錄
• 依次運行：
  • python setup.py build_ext --inplace
  • python setup.py build_ext install
