Error: Unable to connect to a repository at URL解決方案

前言 SVN 到文件失敗，提示Error: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 方案一 右鍵點擊本地副本，TortoiseSVN -> Settings -> Saved Data。 點擊個個「Clear」按鈕，把本地緩存都清除了，點擊「確定」； 再重新checkout，大功告成！ 清理了已經保存數據和緩存就可以了 <- 原因：conf下面的配置文件前
