解決SVN 「unable to connect to a repository at URL」
解決辦法： 1.在桌面上右鍵點擊，選擇TortoiseSVN->Settings->NetWork; 2.把NetWork選型中的Enable Proxy Server前面的對號去掉，如圖： 3.重新checkout.
