總結安裝tensorflow,torch,cuda

tensorflow 首先下載tensotflow版本，手動下載click here you will see a lot of packages including tensorflow 選擇適合自己電腦默認的python版本，（36or37）tensorflow這裏選擇的是1.9，因爲2.0的更新使得很多舊代碼報錯。 然後打開anaconda promopt 進入保存tensorflow的目錄
