1.正確的分頁框架

select * 

from (select * from (select a.*,rownum rn from (須要分頁的SQL) a )

where rownum <=10)

where rn >=1;

2.錯誤的分頁框架

select *

from (select t.* ,rownum rn from (須要分頁的SQL) t )

where rn >=1 

and rn <=10;

採用錯誤的分頁框架，會帶來嚴重的性能問題；
