ArcGIS SERVER10.6創建站點失敗，Please check your firewall and security settings.
arcgis server10.6報的如下錯誤，10.5並沒有報如下錯誤， 查了多方意見，在一位大佬博客中找到答案，出現這個問題就是因爲IE瀏覽器的原因，原因主要分爲兩個： 切換ArcGIS Server Accout用戶，並將IE設爲 默認瀏覽器；我默認用的chrome，會報上圖的錯誤； 進入IE瀏覽器，進入Internet選項--->高級--->勾選SSL2.0、TLS1. 1、TLS 1.2
