No Session found for current thread
Spring 3 + Hibernate 4 整合異常：
Exception in thread "main" org.hibernate.HibernateException: No Session found for current thread
緣由：在於設置該方法不開啓事物，因此沒法獲取到 Session，在之前的版本中是能夠不開啓事物的
