Idea 添加註釋

1.單行：添加，取消：ctrl+/ 2.多行：添加，取消：ctrl+shift+/ 3.添加header：a，類或者方法前，輸入/**，然後回車，就可以根據自己的要求加入註釋了； b，file--settings--editor--file and code templates--+ file header
