Web開發：關於Tomcat出現The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resourc...的問題

「The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to web disclose that one exists.」，在web開發的過程當中，看到這一段錯誤提示，無論是在入門階段仍是已是webapp 老手都會感到很頭痛。我也是在使用JSTL庫的過程當中
