部署到CloudFoundry上的應用，啓動超時的處理

我開發了一個nodejs應用，部署到CloudFoundry後，遇到下列錯誤消息： Instance never healthy after 3m0s Failed to make TCP connection to port 8080 con Instance never healthy after 3m0s: Failed to make TCP connection to port 8080
