Form 6i cannot connect to 10gR2 or 10gXe due to character set issue
Form 6i or sqlplus reports ora805.dll and access violation error and crash immediately. This is because of the character set of 10g is in sql AL32UTF8, need to be changed to UTF8, do following in sqlp
