一，訂價程序Pricing Procedure

全部訂價中容許的條件類型都包含在訂價程序中；

經過爲每一個條件定義requirements來決定系統將如何使用條件；

 

業務憑證中系統訪問條件的次序也在這裏肯定；

 

訂價程序可以包含介於Gross和Net price之間任意數量的分組求和；

能夠在訂價程序中將一個條件類型定義爲：

強制條件mandatory condition；

手動輸入條件manually entered condition；

僅做統計用；

 

 

二，訪問次序Access Sequence

在訂價程序中，除了header and manual only condition types外，每一個condition type都定義了一個訪問次序（搜索策略）；

 

搜索策略定義了系統爲condition type讀取condition record的順序；

訪問順序中每一個訪問經過使用condition table來執行；

條件表condition table是條件記錄的key fields的集合；

能夠執行一個依賴於某些先決條件訪問；

 

 

三，訂價概覽Pricing Overview

Eg. 訂單建立—銷售某個物料號100PC，系統需自動決定price；

首先，肯定相關的訂價策略（基於銷售範圍/客戶/銷售憑證類型 組合）；

 

 

 

 

 

而後，系統讀取第一步中的條件類型，斷定該條件類型指定的access sequence；

其次，系統讀取access sequence，條件表的次序顯示了尋找相關condition record的搜索策略；

每一個條件表描述一組可做爲key生成條件記錄的一次訪問；

四，排斥條件Excluding conditions

在訂價程序中，條件condition可以連接到requirements；

 

Requirements可以檢查condition exclusion indicator，若是設置，則忽略該condition；

A copy pricing elements and update scales

B carry out new pricing

C copy manual pricing elements

G redetermine taxes

H redeterming freight conditions

X、Y reserved for customer

1-9 reserved for customer

 

 

 

八，Bill Document中的訂價Pricing in the billing Document
