解決方案

1.安裝node-gyp

npm install -g node-gyp

2.安裝python

推薦安裝2.7版本（自行選擇32位或者64位安裝）：

若是官網下載速度很慢，可使用另外一種安裝方式

以管理員身份執行

npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

安裝完成後會在C:WindowsSystem32裏找到一個名爲.windows-build-tools的文件夾

能夠直接按照這個目錄配置環境，爲了方便，我選擇將python27重裝到D盤，點擊python-2.7.15.amd64.msi選擇

移除以後再點擊setup程序，此次能夠直接安裝

安裝成功後，在命令行界面輸入python測試是否安裝成功

3.配置環境變量

環境變量->系統環境變量->Path

4.npm 配置

npm config set python "D:\Python27\python.exe"
npm config set node_gyp "D:\nodejs\node_modules\npm\node_modules\node-gyp\bin\node-gyp.js"

配置成功後，再次運行npm install就不會報錯了
