Android Studio報錯Could not find com.android.tools.build:gradle:x.x

1. What Happend? 項目gradle文件沒配，想配置一下看android的代碼。然後手欠，把原本電腦上2.x版本的Android Studio升級到了3.2。升級完了之後，隨便copy了一個之前的gradle文件到項目根目錄。之後問題出現了 The versions of the Android Gradle plugin and Gradle are not compatible.
