清華大學鏡像

安裝tensorflow時，若是使用直接安裝速度相對較慢，採起清華大學的鏡像會提升速度。 pip install tensorflow-gpu==1.8 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple 選擇版本是1.8，而且是GPU版本web
