windows，php5升級php7 openssl報錯disabled

本地wamp環境，添加了php7 在laravel中使用redis，報錯【Call to undefined function Illuminate\Encryption\openssl_cipher_iv_length()】 在命令行運行【php -m】 可以查看到 openssl 擴展是加載到的； 查看phpinfo，發現上openssl提示disabled ----------------
