aosp 說不清楚的error

aosp 編譯過程當中有着數不清的問題，好在大多數問題能在網絡上獲得答案，剛遇到一個這樣的問題，緣由也說不清楚，只知道在終端中輸入export LC_ALL=C便可解決問題。
