Windows端安裝lua腳本編寫工具

官網下載地址：

先下載以下vcredist_x86.4053.exe工具，而且先安裝
https://storage.googleapis.com/google-code-archive-downloads/v2/code.google.com/luaforwindows/vcredist_x86.4053.exe

第二步下載/LuaForWindows_v5.1.4-46.exe工具，而且在安裝完vcredist_x86.4053.exe這個工具後再安裝它

複雜一點的是將 lua 的源碼下回來編譯，或者直接下載官方提供的已經編譯好的庫文件等等
