官方推薦使用Apache默認的MPM:prefork,每一個請求使用單獨的進程。
第二選擇是FastCGI：PHP-fpm，編譯加上–enable-fpm
第三選擇纔是Apache的worker或event，但要加上–enable-maintainer-zts
