使用idea+maven給springboot多模塊結構打jar包

     首先介紹項目結構，父工程：hfmp，子模塊：affairs（springboot）、information（springboot）、model（java工程）、common（java工程），依賴關係:affairs依賴model和comm;information依賴model和common。如圖 hfmp父工程的pom.xml（只摘取部分關鍵代碼），注意不需要<build>maven插件
