Leetcode 1284 Minimum Number of Flips to Convert Binary Matrix to Zero Matrix
題意：給定一個01矩陣，每次能夠翻轉一個數字，同時它的上下左右也會翻轉，求最少翻轉次數使得矩陣全爲1code 題解：n <=3, m <= 3，狀壓dp表示第i,j個座標是否翻轉，求最小次數便可。ip AC代碼：it class Solution {
