全身放鬆,只是手腕用力,不計遍數,每次每部動做練習個三五遍。整套動做練完後休息一會,能夠繼續再從新作一遍。
身體有病的患者,一有空就練。曾經有位患者,氣管炎,嚴重到隨身帶把刀子,氣管炎一犯病就想自殺。也是經過練習金剛功治好了病。走着走着路,見到平地他就會停下來講我練一練金剛功。有位心臟病患者,他走路都在練習長壽功第三部內轉太極行八卦,說他就是練這一部治好了他的心臟病。
練功貴在鍥而不捨, 一部好的功法,只要天天堅持去練習,自會強身健體,益壽延年。不可三天打魚兩天曬網。
