■Omni-Channel Settings Service控制檯下,找到Omni-Channel→Omni-Channel Settings 把Enable Omni-Channel設定爲On ■Routing Configurations 新建Routing Configurations,命名爲Web_Support, 設定Routing Priority→1  Routing Model→M
