1. about the pyqt5

but in my pc, the location way is :

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qtchooser/default.conf

it is diferent with the web suggest :

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt-default/qtchooser/default.conf

and the orginial location is :

/usr/lib/qt5/bin
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu

just keeping the backup!
