報錯CommunicationsException: Communications link failure

在學習整合springboot+ jpa的時候，只寫了個簡單的例子，就報錯CommunicationsException: Communications link failure，而後將鏈接數據庫的 url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/db_book?serverTimezone=GMT中的localhost改爲127.0.0.1就不報錯了，應該是框架不識別。mysql
