1 用SQL  Plus打開 請輸入用戶名:  sys   as   sysdba 輸入口令: 成功之後如圖：   2 如果沒有用戶的話要先創建用戶，並設定初始密碼 create user test identified by test; 修改密碼的話就是 alter user test identified by test; 3 create user 用戶名 identified by "密碼
