java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener。

Tomcat啓動的時候報錯   java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener。 jar都有，上網查錯的時候發現麼沒有把maven依賴放到lib下，設置後程序正常運行 添加步驟如下    點擊右側ADD 點擊OK即可
