win7（64bit）python相關環境模塊搭建

包括Python，eclipse，jdk，pydev，pip，setuptools，beautifulsoup，pyyaml，nltk，mysqldb的下載安裝配置。

配置：
個人電腦->屬性->高級->環境變量->系統變量中的PATH增長:C:\Python27;

驗證：
在桌面創建一個文件pt.py，內容爲print 'hello python'
在cmd中輸入命令python C:\Users\***\Desktop\pt.py
***爲電腦用戶名。

C:\Users\***>python C:\Users\***\Desktop\pt.py
hello python

下載完，解壓縮，將features和plugins文件夾中的內容分別複製到eclipse的features和plugins文件夾下。
重複則替換。

若是中途出現錯誤UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xca in position 12: ord..在setup.py中添加:

import sys

reload(sys)

sys.setdefaultencoding('gb18030')

 ---------------第二個解決辦法------

open C:\Python27\Lib\ mimetypes.py with Notepad ++ or other editor, then search the line " default_encoding = sys.getdefaultencoding()". add codes to the line above like this:

 

default_encoding = sys.getdefaultencoding()
if sys.getdefaultencoding() != 'gbk':
　　reload(sys)
　　sys.setdefaultencoding('gbk')
　　default_encoding = sys.getdefaultencoding()

 

簡單來講，就是有些國內軟件修改註冊表致使python沒法安裝庫，要改下lib目錄下的代碼。

打開python Idle：
輸入import nltk
輸入nltk.download()
出現一個NLTK Downloader對話框，修改Download Diretory（E盤或其餘盤符下）。點擊all開始下載。

下載慢還能夠到NLTK Corpora http://nltk.org/nltk_data/手工下載缺失的，而後放到Download Diretory，zip別刪。
重裝系統後nltk_data文件夾能夠保留，避免重複下載。
