規則化和模型選擇（Regularization and model selection）
1 問題 模型選擇問題：對於一個學習問題，能夠有多種模型選擇。好比要擬合一組樣本點，可使用線性迴歸，也能夠用多項式迴歸。那麼使用哪一種模型好呢（可以在誤差和方差之間達到平衡最優）？ 算法 還有一類參數選擇問題：若是咱們想使用帶權值的迴歸模型，那麼怎麼選擇權重w公式裏的參數？ 網絡 形式化定義：假設可選的模型集合是，好比咱們想分類，那麼SVM、logistic迴歸、神經網絡等模型
