學習微服務的斷路器監控——Hystrix Dashboard
這次實踐項目須要兩個兩個，一個是eureka-server,另外一個是須要新建的項目service-hi-hystrix-dashboard,html
1.新建一個項目service-hi-hystrix-dashboardjava
