eclipse的XML、properties等文件亂碼問題

最近發現xml老是亂碼。 網上查詢了下大多沒有正確的方法，自己摸索了一下，再此記錄。免得忘記。 general---》content Types---->text--->html\xml等等。把Default encoding 改爲UTF-8.
