windows下python2.7版本numpy，Scipy，matplotlib，sklearn安裝

系統是windows32位，安裝了python2.7.13。

 

安裝順序就是numpy，Scipy，matplotlib，sklearn。

首先是更新一下pip （確保pip能使用）

而後將setuptools, numpy, python-dateutil, pytz, pyparsing, cycler,matplotlib分別代替最後的pip並運行
