1.ADB not responding. If you'd like to retry, then please manually kill "adb.exe" and click 'Restart' 程序偷偷佔用了adb運行的端口號5037，解決步驟：cmd→netstat -ano | findstr "5037",查看被那個636的佔用了。 啓動任務管理器，進程-查看-選擇列，勾選PID。
