在進行實驗圖像取樣時，可能會用到大量的標籤樣本，拍攝大量圖片進行手工標註要消耗大量時間，半自動化的標註工具能夠節省一些時間。

國內研究的還不是不少，就北師大，華東兩三家大學在作，開發的平臺爲內部使用。國外的研究就要多得多，還有很多是free的，以下表：

AECT的《TechTrends》2010年也有篇文章《VideoANT Extending Online VideoAnnotation beyond ContentDelivery》，作的平臺簡單了些，可是面向互聯網上的視頻標註的，走社會化批註的路子。
而教學視頻語義分析+數據挖掘更能讓人期待。
