【ML】Confusion Matrix, True Positive, False Positive, True Negative, False Negative, Recall rate, etc

Backto ML Index 用於分類結果的量化評價, 首先, 4 個 值, [True False] * [Positive Negative], 這四個類別的劃分, 要從後往前看, 先區分分類的結果是 Positive or Negative, 之後, 再與 Ground Truth 做對比, 一致的前面加 True, 否則加 False. 分類的結果統計一下, 可以構成 Confusion
