cannot get proxied via CGLIB

改了一些代碼，啓動時有個INFO的提示，雖然說是INFO提示，但之前沒見過；

因而打開CglibAopProxy類，看了一下緣由；

這就好改了嘛，將AbstractDalService.baseValid方法改爲 static的就ok了，提示消失；
