在eclipse中新建maven工程

 注：本文是以ecclipse 4.3 爲基礎，低版本的eclipse不能這樣設置，請參考網上其他文章   1.eclipse安裝maven插件   2.配置maven的setting.xml文件，放在對應目錄下，如C:\Users\Administrator\.m2 <settings xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/SETTINGS/1.0.0"
