Apache Internal Server Error

　　當使用 Apache 做爲服務器，使用 cgi 程序接收來自 web 端的訪問時，出現以下錯誤：

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, you@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

　　debug 了很久，最後發現是本身的 cgi 程序——generate_license 沒有可執行權限。這就很尷尬了，使用命令 chmod +x generate_license 便可解決。
