安裝pygame遇到的問題及解決方案&&pip 更新版本解決&&Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [WinError 5]

總結過程： 輸入pip install pygame發現紅字提示使用--user選項 pip install pygame --user 更新pip版本的話把單引號（內容可能不一樣）裏的複製下來就好了，如果提示使用--user選項再加就好了 python -m pip install --upgrade pip --user 另外，有時候我輸入了pip install <第三方庫> 有時候會出現明
