windows(server)安裝jenkins時遇到的問題：this account either does not have the privilege logon as a service

原問題 this account either does not have the privilege logon as a service… 問題出現場景 在安裝jenkins時要使用電腦或服務器的用戶去將jenkins開啓成一個服務。但是當我將我服務器的用戶名、密碼輸入測試時，卻會報上面的錯誤。錯誤不全但可以看到主要的意思，說此賬戶沒有登錄啓用一個服務的權限。沒有權限就開啓權限唄！ 網上找到的
