亮點：還是分時段預測，10折交叉驗證圖沒看懂，預測點圖可以借鑑 應該就是普通的SVR，把數據分爲了工作日和非工作日，夏天和非夏天 這裏提了一句基於遺傳算法的ANN，但是文章結果部分跟沒沒有這些啊，是不是作者提的其他文獻中的 下面兩種圖都是按分時段有四個
