在搭建Springboot的項目 以前 maven 的基本的配置

1. 首先在c盤建立settings.xml文件

    路徑以下 C:\Users\user\.m2\settings.xml 

2. settings.xml的文件的內容

3. 下載 maven 下載地址　　https://maven.apache.org/download.cgi

4. 在ideal中進行配置相應的文件

 5. 對maven可添加環境變量
