按照網上的方法升級setuptools，不行。 pip install --upgrade setuptools 於是自行到https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/ 網站下載對應的wheel包，直接在上面搜索shapely，找到後點擊對應的平臺、Python版本就可以了。比如我的python2.7，win764位，下載的就是這個： 下載成功後，用pip
