windows10 linux子系統 ubuntu 18.0運行docker

前一篇筆記記錄了安裝的過程及錯誤處理辦法，可是在正式使用docker時，卻又出現新的問題：docker 「docker: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?.」windows what？用不了？（注意：docker須要root權限執行。）查
