這個問題困擾了我很長時間，百度找了很久都沒有找到解決方法，最後發現可能是因爲服務商網絡問題導致訪問被禁止了，然後我就換用阿里雲的庫，替換maven官網的庫，找到maven安裝地址或者解壓地址的conf目錄下的settings.xml; 增加： <mirror> <id>nexus-aliyun</id> <mirrorOf>*</mirrorOf>
